Taha has been practicing martial arts since the age of 6. He has intensified his training in the last 17 years, studying various martial arts in Egypt, Guinea, China, France, Thailand, Philippines and in the USA.

In 2006, Taha started his studies in Physics at University of Aix/Marseille (France) and obtained a Chinese language and civilization degree thus deepening his passion for the Chinese culture.

In 2008 he discovered the art of traditional Chinese energetics and decided to study it for 4 years. Through traditional Chinese Energetics, in 2010, Taha became interested in and eventually studied hypnotherapy for 2 years in different schools, and is still working on his masters grade in hypnosis.

In 2012 Taha decided to come back to Egypt and teach in his school “Meshkah” while continuing to update his knowledge and skills from his masters in Qigong, Wing Tsun, Muay Chaiya, Shaolin, Taiji Quan Yang style,and Combate Eskrima Maranga.
